We are excited to be of service to you on special day.
Below are some of our policies & procedures.
A deposit is required to secure our services for you which is non-refundable.. The balance shall be paid, in full one (1) month prior to the date of the event. After the return of this contract you may continue to increase and add items to your order. A policy agreement, your contract and Credit Card Authorization form are all required signed to secure your rentals. You will receive an updated contract showing the new balance with each payment made. All charges are subject to local & state tax. Any products provided at a discount are still the full financial responsibility of the renter. If they are damaged or not returned, the renter will be responsible for the replacement cost of the items. We do require a credit card to be on file for all events and this card will be used for all payments, unless another payment form has been pre-arranged with the owner. This card will be used for additional charges necessary to complete, finalize or conclude your order. Additionally, this card will be used after your event for any incidental charges that may occur as a result of your event.
Delivery times noted on the contract are approximate and not guaranteed. The Florida Keys is unique for many reasons, one being that there is one road used for travel to 120 miles of destinations with no alternate route. Due to high winds deliveries may be delayed or cancelled if deemed the conditions are too dangerous for set-up or event time. Florida Keys Party Rentals will not be responsible for any delay caused from delays from weather, road or street closures and no refunds are given if delivery is not completed by the times stated on the contract. *DELIVERIES WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED WITHOUT COLLECTION OF FINAL BALANCES DUE. Last minute rentals: Any tent, tent lighting, barrels, or tent liners/leg drape rentals made by deposit within 1 week of the event will be charged a 20% service fee and are subject to availability. There are no refunds given on cancellation of special order items.
For all bamboo canopy events, Florida Keys Party Rentals will guarantee a back up tent in case of inclement weather. The tent size will be based on availability from our extensive inventory choices.
Hurricane Policy: If a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for your event location in the Florida Keys, and your event is within 7 days, Florida Keys Party Rentals will refund 75% of your money (minus special orders) if you notify and received confirmation of your cancellation prior to 72 hours of delivery date. If you decide to change your date due to a Hurricane we will apply your entire balance to your new date without penalty.
With your rental you agree to take full responsibility for the rental property including, but not limited to, oversee use in a careful manner and the return of all property in the same condition it was received. All items are to be inspected upon arrival and any disputes to be resolved before the event…after the event no refunds will be given for disputed conditions. In the event the rental property is returned in damaged condition (torn, heavily stained or soiled, burned, candle wax or otherwise damaged), we will do our best to clean items. In the event cleaning does not restore the items to the condition it was rented, you will be charged a replacement fee which may be up to three (3) times the rental price for linens (including but not limited to tablecloths, overlays, chair ties, chair pads or any miscellaneous linen rental) and the cost of replacement for tents, decorations, lighting, chair & table rental equipment. All rental property held beyond event pick-up date is subject to additional rental charges. All property is the ownership of Florida Keys Party Rentals and its specialty divisions: Linens In Paradise/Pretty Chic Events/Lighting up the Keys/Keys Limo, and all property damaged or otherwise is to be returned to said companies.
